Not sure logic will work on someone who lives in Texas and describes themselves as a fan of Oregon, the Padres, the Blazers, and the Chiefs.
Academis smack talk is so cringe in 2025. Do the kids even go to school anymore? It's weird to even think of them in that context anymore. The NFL thing is about to have to be retired too as Oregon's going to put a good number of guys in the league this year and UW maybe one?
Oregon Twitter comes in 2 forms - cringe Oregon local boomer/slampig or weird bot seeming guy who likes five different frontrunner teams Kobe picture chinstrap facial hair guy who makes you wonder how many T-Mobile stores there are to employee these guys.

The best part about Reffett's academic smack talk is I'm pretty sure he just raises cattle or something back in his hometown in eastern Washington (which is cool), but It's not like he's lecturing at Cambridge with his UW education.
I can't tell who's more retarded, Reffett or the self-owning Duck in the replies trying to brag about his Oregon "CS Degree" that landed him his "Data Science Engineer" role in San Antonio where he is a glorified second level support guy that occasionally gets to write a script to delete someone's PII. I'm pretty sure I'd take Reffett's radish farming job instead although his degree from UW has nothing to do with that.
