Dallas isn't getting fixed until Jerry Jones dies or sells the team, end of story. He refuses to be just the owner, as we wants to be the Owner, GM, and Head Coach. Great owners are those that hire and trust great people, so all they have to do is make appearances and write checks.

I am waiting on the sideline as a Cowboys fan until after Jerry dies. He's done a ton of great stuff for the league, but not much for the team since 1996 other than building one hell of a stadium.

He and Jim Harboughhh are going to be coaching together at Rolling Rock college in 2023.
They're moving in the right direction if it nets them Trevor Lawrence.
Call me crazy, but I thinks Fields will be better. I’ve always had a weird hunch Lawrence will be overrated. Good player, but not great.
Very good year for QB’s tho. Wilson on BYU is legit too. I’m sold on him.
Jets are too awful at this point to win 3 games while Dallas loses out.

As much as I agree with this (even Justin Fields) I highly doubt Jurreh wants the shitstorm PR that would come from giving away Daks job.
