I gave up fast food Jan 1 to lose weight and fight high BP via fruit and grains in order to get off the medicine. I've gone from 205 to 181 this morning and that's with the Vid having me drink 4 bottles of wine a week. I'd be ten pounds lighter but let's not get extreme. I still have one steak a week but not a lot of other meat.
Point is that was a choice not a mandate. And my BP is verging on being low not high but I can't get back in to see the doc. I think I may have beat the need for medication. I have a home BP tester
I get it's a choice but the problem is that it's definitely shifted to where its far more difficult to find something healthy (that you don't make yourself) versus absolute and utter shit.
Plus people were educated that their fucking 1200 calorie pita wrap is healthy.
