They're more interested in entrapment to push agenda than prevent actual crimes.

It's like a lot of large organizations. At the field/street level, good people trying to do good things.

At the top, in many (most?) cases, egos and narcissists. Wells Fargo comes to mind as the shining example of that.

Am acquainted with a couple former Secret Services guys. Salt of the earth. Absolute studs. Same with most of the former military folk I know. And cops.
