Mariner's wild card chances

The Mariners will continue to lose every single meaningful game between now and the end of the season but winning just enuff to finish 1/2 game out of the wildcard.

If Servais insists on rolling Diaz out every chance that he gets ... they'll be done by mid September

TSIO isn't over yet ...

This is the Mariner way ... anytime they get prosperity they fuck it up so that the pressure is gone and then they tend to respond by getting themselves back into a good position.

They'll yo-yo on this path until mid-September when they end up losing something like 8 of 10 and fall off the cliff ... then they'll probably win 6 of their 7 going into the final weekend to get within a sniff before losing a game on Saturday to get eliminated.

That's their usual script.

I don't think they will even get that far. By early September, even the optimists will realize TSIO.

1) It's the Mariners
2) Their rotation is the worst in the AL.

3,4,5 : Who gives a shit.

Ariel Miranda is the best pitcher in the Mariners current starting rotation. Erasimo Ramirez is probably the #2 guy. Just think about that for a minute.

The Mariners rotation is the reason Allah saw fit to bless us with the term "Fucking dreckfest".
