More like the Daniel Snyder, but yeah.

 
I was just thinking about owners who meddle and try to play GM when it isn't their job, jones came to mind. Snyder is probably a better example though

Jones made himself the GM which is HIlarious.

I think Moreno is more like Snyder though because they love throwing money after other team's players. Jones' problem is he overpays his own guys.

 
Calling Moreno a Daniel Snyder is an insult. Moreno has had some success. Snyder has one playoff win since 1999(when he took over as owner).
