I watched Finebaum talk about how the SEC does not need "4 or 5 timezones" to be relevant, and for right now he's right.

Even still, they seem pretty desperate to try and add FSU and Climp.

Also, SEC is being bankrolled by the sinking ship ESPN. I'd rather have FOX.

They can't really afford to have Saban/Smart retire atm.

ABC as well, but still. Yeah, ESPN sold their soul to an entity that couldn’t care less about sports, esp college football, but too many eyes down here. ESPN can sink, Fk em. Someone will absolutely cash in on the SEC of that happens so no worries. ESPN is in the way actually, but for now, they’re still showcasing a lot of SEC content with a it’s on Network and future broadcasting.
