Mail in ballots questions

I'm too lazy to look this up right now. Are all states sending out mail in ballots to every registered voter like they are still doing here in California?

Until that practice ends, and the Rats have absolutely zero incentive to do so, GOP is going to have a tough time winning any competitive race.

The constitution says election day! Not election fucking month! ID, one day to vote in person unless unable, physically, get to the poll.
