Oregon avoids transfers. They feel that if a player can't make it at another school, why would they want him? I suppose that he could walk on and try to earn a ride, but I seriously doubt that the Ducks will offer him a scholarship.

When was the last time Oregon football took a transfer? Onterrio?

Make an exception for a guy who already shunned Oregon once and only recorded two tackles in 8 games? He would also have to sit out a year. Never say never, but it would surprise me if Oregon gave him a scholarship.
