The name Luke is close to the name Lake, so I would personally avoid him as a coach

Like Huard is probably shitty, but if a coach is on a staff that gets fired a couple of times, it gets tough.
You can be a shitty assistant for a winner, and get job after job. There is often luck involved. From being on this USC staff, he will probably get a decent position coaching job.
