Leveling up

Worshington/Petersen couldn't win with NFL talent.

Doing it the right way. Built for life. Bullshit bullshit bullshit...

Talent isn't everything, winning is. Obviously Pete could recruit though... unlike now, we don't seem
to have that same gift.

Stating it positively, we now have a mortal fucking lock on doing things the "right" way.
Yay. So happy to hear the good news.

Pete's UW teams always felt like a really weird mix of elite players and guys who had no business being on the field.

Recent UW players tend to be technically sound or have the 247 sports 4 star pedigree attached to their name but lack intensity and grit.

You need a few Azeem Victors on the squad to keep the edge, otherwise you go 4-8.

A few Azeem Victors weren't going to keep last year's squad from going 4-8. The coaching was horrific. The Azeem Victors would have just been kicked out of games.

Same could be said about the coaches. Some were great, others must've had blackmail on Pete

Great talent with mediocre coaching gets you 8-4. Mediocre talent with great coaching gets you 8-4...we have been watching examples of this both ways for far too long. I don't pretend to know what the proper ratio is, but since it is apparently unrealistic to have 10-12 coaches on a staff that can recruit like motherfuckers, and turn around and coach the shit out them, balance may get you close. And, the head stick needs to be a stone-cold killer, both ways...

The true story would be where they all were drafted. I'd guess the real Clemson had alot higher picks in general compared to West Clemson.

Doing less with more.

Now we get to do less with less.
