That being said, I never watched LSU last year. Kid is good.
 
The 2023 (2024?) QB draft class will undoubtedly live large in the anals of NFL history. Especially Caleb.

JW LDD … I’d seen a couple highlights during the season. Hadn’t seen him play since last weekend and today.
I do remember seeing him clean out his locker at ASU somewhere and one of the players say something “the N sucks anyway…” which didn’t age well.

I always thought Daniels was super good at LSU. Always has a good spot in my heart after taking down Oregon in 2019 at ASU as a true freshman.
Thought Penix deserved the Heisman because of winning games that mattered.
That is all.
Fair opinions to have.
Looks like DTD forgot his meds after long shift of making Italian BMTS at Subway.
 
In college 13-0 is better than 3 losses in a close race. I'll admit I thought Daniels would be average at best in the NFL not a first year sensation
Stroud had a great rookie year too but a bit of a sophomore slump this year

He also didn't have his best game in the Apple Cup and the media narrative was UW and Penix were just barely surviving with an easy schedule while Bo Nix and the Fighting Phils were rolling teams and gonna ass blast Washington in Vegas to be the real champs and Nix the Heisman.

no. you win it on stats unless there’s a unique situation like Hunter and Woodson.
JD’s stats were the best of the QBs IIRC. That’s what did it.
I’ll start taking the Heisman seriously when a dominant D lineman wins it. They are as valuable as anybody on the team.

extremely idiotic … based on precedent of one team with 3 loses vs zero. One player was the best dual threat qb while one was the best pocket passer. Playoff vs an average team and they both had incredible stats.

Daniel’s is a very likable star and I was late to the party it seems. He looks like a twig out there although fun to watch. Until the playoffs the nfl had been mostly background in my place.
