Lane Kiffin's drawn-out coaching decision means one thing: He better win this week

I'm definitely still taking Kiffin if I'm Florida or LSU, even if he loses. Especially considering how weak the field of available coaches is.
 
It's not about what UF or LSU think if he loses, it's the perception that all this BS cost them a rivalry win and puts them on the PO bubble.

I'm sure Hardcore Rebels will support whoever ends up there when they lose Lane
They can focus on recruiting instead of the playoffs
 
Lane is about ready to jump the shark.
He's turning into a day-time drama.
This game has become about the coaches. They are the celebrity in the game. They get the economics.
Losing interest.
