I still don't see it happening. He was leaning to USC before Kliff was even hired. If they even make a low competent hire at OC, they'll keep Ford. It would have to take a complete disaster of a hire (which they are capable of) in order to lose Ford.

Even if he considers the current coaching staff DOA, redshirt freshman year, let Helton get fired, and he hope USC hires someone competent for the rest of his 3-4 yrs. He committed to the institution seems like, not the coaching staff.
