One thing you wouldn't see before the game unless you were there is the fellating of the oregon support staff. Fowler and herbie were yucking it up and high fiving all pregame with the oregon admin and staff on the sidelines and field during warm ups.
I thought maybe this is normal and once the uw staff came out you would see the same thing with their support staff and admin. Didn't happen.
Maybe it's nothing but it seems odd. I had no problem with how they called the game for the record.

I probably wouldn't like the pompous fuck regardless, but there was a show where they did a tournament bracket to select the best team of all time. In the first round, 91 UW was matched up with the undefeated USC team who lost to Texas in the BCS champ game. I think it was 2008. This was before the game was played, of course, so they were doing their best to hype USC.
Herbie waved off the 91 UW team with that classic pompous smirk. He barely even gave the matchup any thought or air time. SC went on to "win" the gay bracket. It was hard to watch, especially given what a shit defense that USC team had. Vince Young could have beaten them by himself, and he pretty much did only a week or two later.
