This Youtuber I watch occasionally who lives near Sven, or maybe it was Phil Nightville says it's blown out of proportion. Maybe, but I was in Portland in 2021 and 2022 and all the graffitti along 84 and bums everywhere was certainly real. A chick I was pretty friendly with ;) (gay Kim wink) moved out several years ago because it became a bunch of meth heads in a once decent neighborhood.
