Way off the OP, but OG Longest Yard...When Joe Kapp was coaching at Cal, he recruited a QB from my home town. I knew the kid and his family, and after the recruiting dinner, his old man asked Joe if he would like to go downtown for a few pops. He called a couple of us, and we met them. Talked futbol, Vikings, and Longest Yard. He said he wouldn't drink Tequila until Cal won a Rose Bowl.

As he was getting into his rental, one of my buddies yelled, "Piss break, Boss?" He looked back at us with a shit-eating grin, and growled "Not today, boy"...a lifetim CSB for me.

EDIT: Kid signed with Terry Donahue, and then signed as a first rounder in MLB draft.
