I'd take an explanation of what the crime is and why isn't any politician who signs a non-disclosure agreement up for criminal prosecution. PIPS paid for the Steele dossier and reported it as legal fees and got fined by the FEC but for some reason didn't get charged with multiple felonies. She also illegally kept classified information on her private server and didn't get charged. Just like the dementia patient didn't get charged. Neither was POTUS with complete authority to declassify documents.
