5. Austin Joyner (Undeclared)
6. Chico McClatcher (UW)

So if UW lands Potoae and Joyner they get 5 of the top 6 in-state and 6 of the top 10 in the pre-season rankings. And as others noted, it is universally known that Rypien was going to go to UW, but Browning beat him to it.
