The indictment itself anticipates problems of proof. I don’t care if John Bolton is convicted should those problems be overcome. What’s the excuse for failing to prosecute Hegseth given what Bolton is being prosecuted for?

Bolton cared more about book sales than telling what he knew when it mattered. He’s not one of mine. But his entirely political prosecution does illustrate your hypocrisy. I understand your need to lash out.

One example: the indictment acknowledges the prosecution has to differentiate between the mass of information already vetted for purposes of clearing his book for publication and any information it seeks to prosecute for disclosing in this case.
