He's not funny at all, but neither is Leno... Or Letterman... Kimmel is decent, but not great.

I used to love Letterman, but he ceased being funny at all back in 1994. Conan has been using his "needy" humor forever. Kilborn was hilarious in his 3-4 years, but his faux, intimate style was prob going to age quickly. Fallon is a hyperactive child. Leno is simply a standup act...if his writers suck, so will he. Kimmel is a perv, about a 1/3 of what he does is funny - he's prob the best still working - he does appear to be getting better in time with his reframing ability. I rarely watch TV anymore, I've nearly replaced it with youtube, so I only see clips of this talkshow stuff now.

Usually can't stay up that late though and the show is certainly not DVR worthy.

Fallon's musical stuff is great as are his impressions. He's not so funny when he actually has to talk.
