What is really going to hurt CBS is the fact that from now on they can't lie and slant the news during the next election. They got busted cheating for democrats and now the spotlight will be on them.
I will predict that CBS will be the least involved network with democrats in the next election. Democrats will want to spend their time in interviews with any network but CBS. There is evidently nothing to be gained by being honest if you are a democrat.

I’d swear it’s CBS. He’s president now. The agreement was reached when he is now president and has the power to hurt CBS. Dominion had no such power over Fox News.

I’ve read the transcripts. If CBS is being accused of shortening interview answers for political purposes then I should sue Fox News.
 
As far as CBS goes, their viewership base is rapidly dying off and won't be replaced.
The Democrats can't cope with even basic podcast questions i.e. Bernie getting roasted by a friendly Joe Rogan.
The Best they have is trying to create an echo chamber of shitty heavily edited and rehearsed podcasts nobody watches.

Pretty sure the suit against CBS was in Trump's capacity as a private citizen. Otherwise, the Dep't of Justice would have filed the complaint.
Don't hold me to this. We're talking about high-level legal shit and I went to WSU with the attendant limitations that implies.
