What person attached to the UW in any way wants a "level playing field"? As we saw with opening the Medical school the UW and GU for that matter are not our friends.
 
Seriously though, think of combining revenues for the benefit of both.

Strong Cuog is better for Apple Cup and moving up to playoff it just is. Ranked Cuog even better. Beating them is better for recruiting.

Only thing I’d change is that Peterman gets to call up six players each year off Cuog 85 while sending his lowest 6 down for remedial training.

It doesn't work like that. If CUOG! gets better enuff to get credit for it, it means they'll actually beat your ass more often. The dominance isn't written in the heavens. If they're better, they're better.

There is virtually nothing in it for UW. Nothing.
