If one parent is opposed to having their teen mutilated and the other parent is for having their teen mutilated, why are the wishes of the parent not wanting their teen mutilated dismissed?

Which one is really looking out for the interest of their child? Once you have a choppadictomy or addadictomy there's no going back. You really think a teen is capable of making that decision? If you do, you've obviously never had kids. And shouldn't.

Both are mental conditions and should be treated at such. Progressive always try to make things way more complicated than they really are. That's why it takes 8 of them to screw in a bulb.
