Is Steve Sarkisian the greatest coach in Holiday Bowl history?

I like to pretend Mike Bellotti didn't win two Holiday Bowls. I like to do that.

I just loved watching sark do everything he could to let Nebraska come back and win one for Pellini, however Nebraska's interem coach was interem for a reason.
 
Here is a good one: Steve Sarkisian has won two bowls in a very short head coaching career at down programs that Mike Riley couldn't ever get to after 14 years.
