Sorry, you need to bring that mug of hers into full focus. I thought she was mildly attractive until I did. She has bad blotchy skin. Those chapped up lips are a dead giveaway that proper grooming isn’t her thing. She can’t pull off the natural look because her maintenance is bad.
My wife would NOT let our daughters leave the house looking like that. When you have all ladies in the house you learn these things. Now check those hairy wrists. Good lord neat those things up. She is also a fashion mess, unless frumpy is what she’s going for.
