It's amazing what can be accomplished and built if you don't have to worry about a bunch of regulations, unions, environmental impact studies, having everyone get a chance to comment and bitch, prevailing wages, etc.

Those bastards built some beautiful stadiums in a short amount to of time.

Also, aren't Argentinians just Germans but with more violent DNA?

I've spent a bunch of time in Qatar. Nice people. Even the indentured servants who brought my tea.
