We have had no real issues with moronic social media postings.

I did hear that one of our junior associates had some fairly work-inappropriate photos on her IG a few years ago but nothing close to actionable from an HR perspective.

She still works for us in the same role. Not a real professional climber and I’m sure we’ll lose her as soon as she marries strategically.

If I found out about it I would pull that person aside and there would be some kind of "either you take it down or you can't work here" and she gives you attitude at all then you cut bait at that point. "So you don't want to serve a large % of our clients so I can't employ you here anymore" should have been the natural cause and effect after she undoubtedly gives some whiny fucking response.
We? had someone disparage us on his social media account and he still kept his job and he's still a giant retard to this day that doesn't deserve to work here, so I'm just a little dead inside on the whole topic of just axing dumbshits that do dumb stuff privately.

She didn't do her complaining "privately." She posted it for hundreds of millions to see.

I completely get that perspective. They're just people getting some margarita's, to take it to "you don't deserve Mexican food" is obviously batshit crazy, but like I said I've had to be the one to sit back while a bunch of Portland people just like her sit and whine and complain about every single little thing over the years (specifically with masks/work from home for people that can't even manage themselves) when they have no real skills or leverage. So I'm numb to it.

I will continue my assault on local taco shops, unabated by this news. Bellevue is generally garbage for Mexican food, but El Rinconsito and Seńor Taco both deliver consistent quality.

I stop by the Taco Time by my work 3 or 4 times a month for lunch. Ordered Mexi Fries and one time the guy read back my order and called them Tater fries, which is their new gay name for them.

I guess technically you are right. The Senor Froggies in Spokane calls them mexi tots but TT calls them mexi fries.

10 thumbs up to the Senor Froggies on the South Hill. Used to be a Senor Froggies on Sherman in CDA when I was in high school. A perfect summer saturday was smoking on Tubb's Hill and walking to Senor Froggies for some crisp meat burritos and mexi fries

Dat's the one. Still prefer Taco Time but that's a long haul to downtown Spokane for some Mexi-fries. Plus I hate dodging homeless fucks at Division and 3rd. Pouring out a 40 for S. Grand Taco Time followed by Silver Lanes bowling.
The Poke Bowl at Poke Express in Lincoln Heights is legit too.
