I watched some summary of Hur's testimony and the dems seemed to be so infuriated that Hur said that the dementia patient was a dementia patient and therefore while guilty of mishandling classified information he would be mentally unable to provide for a defense at trial so he wasn't charged. The easy solution would therefore be that they should demand that the DOJ charge and arrest Cho Bai Den as he passed any mental competency requirement based on his yelling like a mad man "fiesty" SOTU speech.
