How Twenty-One Pilots Write a Melody

I haven't heard much of their music except for the above song. They'll need to top that if they're looking for longevity.

Twenty One Pilots' 'Blurryface' Becomes First Album With Every Song RIAA-Certified Gold

They seem to have suburban millennial angst nailed down well, like in the "Stressed Out" video. They should expand on that, it's their wheelhouse from what I can see. I wasn't buying the "Heathens" song though, seemed a bit of a stretch, the tough guy act doesn't work well for them. Not sure if constantly shifting genres in order to evade expectations will work well either.

what millennial angst?

We grew up in like the best economic times, internet, free music, etc.

I missed the "GREAT RECESSION" by being in college and just chillin in the pool

Right about the time I graduated companies had fired all the old people and there were tons of jobs.
