Homeless nailed room doors shut.
Homeless torn down interior walls to create suites.
Homeless removed copper wiring to sell.
Homeless ruined plumbing, nothing worked.
Fire Marshal came in and declared it unlivable.
Hotel was demolished.

Exactly. No one is asking the questions about how they are going to keep the hotel/motels clean and in repair. Being homeless in the US is a result of the complete failure of the homeless to perform even the most basic of functions. You going to inspect each unit on a daily basis and have the ability to evict a "tenant" immediately for any destruction of property? Is drug use a cause for eviction? Is there a curfew for noise?

The word is out. They interviewed a young homeless guy in Eugene who was given a bus ticket out of a town in WY. He was given multiple choices, he chose Eugene.
 
Hosmer in Tacoma is a prime example of this. Concentrating large amounts of poor people has been shown to be bad public policy.

I have the same idea for gang members. Round up 3 or 4 rival gangs lock them all in a box canyon and drop some weapons in.

I once advocated for pay per view for Florida executions. It didn’t catch on. Too soon at the tim but now it could be a possibility.
 
In the 80s and 90s the homeless were arrested for crimes they committed, and were put on buses back from whence they came with the understanding that the beat cops who worked those areas did not want to see them back.

It worked, until the money faucet got turned on in the early 2000s. Bums like free shit. Make things free and they will swarm like cicadas.

Snohomish County just bough the Days Inn that closed on Everett Mall Way. They won't tell the developers that are trying to revitalize the mall into something more akin to the U village whom they plan to house there. If it's women and children living in a car then I'm for it. If it's drug zombies then the city may as well plan on closing up all the retail around there and shuttering what's left of the mall. The developers need to know so that they can secure businesses that may be interested in the new "vision" of what the mall wants to be. I work in that area and It's already a borderline shit hole due to its proximity to Casino Road. This move would finish it off. Sucks for me I guess. Would you like a bag for the groceries you're stealing? I'll comp you the 8 cents.

They used to be called hobos and would be on the sparsely populated exteriors of towns. Now they all congregate in the center of towns. Liberals have caused most of these problems as they think they are helping by giving them handouts. If you feed them and give them money they will never change and never leave. One our worst vagrants was passed out on sidewalk and his arm was outstretched and his hand open. Idiots walked by and put money in his hand. When he came around he had plenty to get loaded again.

Feed them and they will come in droves. Santa Monica fed them for many years. The entire area around where the herd feedings occurred was a disaster area. When Santa Monica finally stopped that program they scattered out into the surrounding areas and everyone else's problems increased substantially.

You drive them out by enforcing the laws. But Kali changed some laws like sleeping in cars. Liberal commie courts have a profound effect on society when they proclaim non existent rights for these shitbags.

Most are mentally ill, addicts or both. They commit large numbers of crimes. Mostly theft but also cover the entire range up to and including murder. Massive drain on public services like police and fire.

Mental facilities are nonexistent these days and if you can get them in a psych ward they are out in an few hours. They toss some meds in them and give them a bus token to get back where they came from. Hospitals like Harbor General in L.A. have psych wards but they try and turn everything away. I've taken loons in and if they smell a whiff or booze they'll say they are just drunk and refuse to accept them. I figured out how to stop that. I just started uncuffing them inside the psych ward. The nurses would go nuts and I'd just respond "you said they're not crazy so I'm letting him go here" They'd take them then!
