My people are telling me he showed up at camp 168lbs. Just what they're saying. He beat out 2 other true freshman and a backup who threw 55 passes in 2016, 4 of which were interceptions.

That kid looks like he'll be a baller. It's always a good sign when the borderline 5star true frosh come in and assert their place at the top of the depth chart.

He subsequently was arrested in June of last year and pled guilty in October to a second-degree misdemeanor charge of commercial burglary after breaking into a Panda Express restaurant in Santa Paula, Calif.
