Dazzler longs for communism but he won't voluntarily hand over all .02 cents. He wants them to force him to give them his money!

More than that the dazzer says he is undertaxed. Not some unknown billionaire who pays hundreds of times more in taxes than the average American but that means he doesn't pay his fair share. Equality would be everyone pays the same. Like with property taxes and sales taxes or gas taxes. The income tax is not an equality based tax. In the dazzler mind someone in New York or California who has a marginal tax rate which results in the feds and state taking more than half of any additional income is not paying his equal and fair share.
