The boys talk about Washington's 56-19 win over Boise State yesterday at sunny Husky Stadium. The game featured Boise fans mooning the Husky crowd, physical play from Asa Turner and Dillon Johnson possibly being the reincarnation of Wayne Taulapapa. The show opens with AI Pup responding to the one time Stalin took three days off from Hardcore Husky and his concerns about going on his own sabbatical.

Almost all their fans were great and super hardy staying till the bitter end. Only one group of really bad bros. One flipped us off after every good Boise play, was part of an organized Penix is a Bum chant then showed his ass after their final touchdown. Predictably left when Washington went up three scores.

Came here to also add I forgot to bitch about the safety that wasn't a safety then was then wasn't.

Good mention of Bernard. I've almost posted about him a few times but didn't have enough to justify starting a thread. He really looks good and looks like a long TD waiting to happen. I think he's on a level with the first three guys. We'll have to see if his hands prove reliable and all that, but I'm pretty sure they will.

It seemed like he and Newton had pretty similar KO returns in a way. Both cut to the wide side, right across the front of the coverage team. Bernard had the speed to pull it off.

Mid thirties guys showing up wearing matching outfits that say "Beat Warshington" and acting like they won the natty when they went up 6-0 just seems pretty gay to me. Otherwise yeah they were fine.

Just getting my hatred ramped up a bit for conference play. Cal at home to start, with all their 2-5 annoying Seattle transplant fans.

I hate to even suggest this comparison... but there's a little bit of anything-can-happen vis-a-vis Napoleon Kaufman when Bernard has the ball.
