I found out about an hour ago that I have to emergency host Christmas Dinner this year (COVID, liberal quook/beavlet relatives)

Picked up a couple of ducks to roast.

Looks like the "Please don't drink around my family for x-mas" plan is now out the window. Not in my house.

Apparently there isn't a single agreed upon temperature/methodology to cook these fuckers and it's easy to get them too dry?
