I think that's well above what the level of school who might look at him as a HC would offer, for now anyways.
 
Keeping Grubb is important for now. This way KDB can keep focusing on the bigger picture. If Shepard were promoted Boner would need to divert some of his efforts into more offensive game planning before the program is done baking. It’s DeBoers offense but the whole operation needs to percolate for another couple years before messing with the flow of operations. I’m pleased.

Stable and Continuity and at a very high level. Gotta love it. Grubb's offense will be even harder to defend if he has an elite RB who is very good at all of running, catching, and pass blocking...along with an upgrade at TE (not that I dislike our current TEs).

LOL let Grubb go to UNLV and use most of that salary for Penix and then get Jake Browning for OC at a salary that matches his water boy status at Cincy.

Btw Grubb you fucked up UCLA, ASU, and Arizona games. Maybe cut out the cute shit on the goal line for the next year
 
OC is just his side gig. The angels have him stationed in Seattle for a few more years so he's just making sure he can clean his money
