Oregon and Washington spent a lot of tax money and hiked electricity bills to pay for the expensive dirty non-reliable wind and solar power using chicom components, minerals and metals. Spending a lot of money with no substantive results is worth it because of the virtue signaling credit. Sort of like our education bureaucracy. Plus there is nothing that can be done.
