I completely agree. Marriage is a religious institution and any two people who want to get married need to do that through their church. If you want tax benefits and any of that shit you and your partner (gay or straight) need to register as civilly united.

Exactly. Stop making it a 'gay rights' issue. People are acting like we have Jim Crow laws against gays. And stop fucking with the Olympics. Russia has its own laws. Stop trying to impose your version of morality on them. Most of the world actually considers gay marriage perverse or the result of a decadent society. Parading gay marriage in front of the world just provides another target for our enemies to latch onto. I don't have anything against gays, I'm just tired of seeing this issue being elevated to a position of such importance when there are other issues that require more immediate attention. If gays want tax benefits, recognition and all that shit, get registered as civilly united, like the above poster said.

lol. Looks like HH is the most dialed in news organization on the internet. Today it has to be gay everything. Gay Olympics. Gay music awards. If you want to be gay, be gay, there's no need to hijack every public event to let everyone know you're here and you're queer. If Russia wants to have a traditional, relatively normul society, it's gay of the US and other countries to try to bully them into 'moral' submission.
