1. We? are doing our part.
2. We? can reduce CO2 emissions without hurting our economy.

Trump deserves legitimate credit for this.

American leftards are not serious about US CO2 emissions and climate change. If they were, we would be on an accelerated development of fracking on federal lands and expedited LNG export facilities to ship natural gas to Europe and Asia. Then toss in nukes. Neither of these actual solutions to reducing US CO2 emissions are acceptable to the green gaia religionists that run the dem party. The chart also support the sheer hypocrisy and lies surrounding the Paris Accords which the US and Euro leftards embraced. Leftards lie and love to be lied to.

Both sides should buy into CNG cars. Something like 90% of all homes have a CNG line to the house. Retrofit that to hook to your car. Why won't it happen? Oil industry. They don't want to retrofit the gas stations for CNG and they don't have a great hold on the market.
