Go put down money on Race's Eagles to win the Super Bowl now (currently 40/1 odds)

i think RoadDawg mentioned it earlier, but fuck does this board overreact to one game.

In other news, I heard iDawg say on the last podcast that there is no way the bears give up 50 to the eagles.

they just gave up 50 to the vikings without AP (I like to call him that)
on the other hand this might be the most wide open NFL I've ever seen

Last week's loss in Minnesota was the overreaction game. Hope this helps.

What is iDawg going to say when Chip Kelly hangs 50 on his vaunted Bears defense?

I knew 2013 was special when #MyEagles lost to the Cowboys, Giants and Chargers at home.

Vick was the starter for the SD game. Foles was concussed in the DAL game and DNP against the Giants.

The Eagles will have to win on the road anyway to get to the Super Bowl.

I don't know if the Eagles will win it but at 40-1 that's a good value play. Teams like the Eagles are the ones who have been winning the SB lately.

The last time the team with the best record in the NFL won it? 2003 Pats.

Last time the #1 seeded team won the Super Bowl? 2009 Saints who lost 3 in a row entering the playoffs I might add.

Why the HELL did we let Chip Kelly walk away? The worst Oregon mistake in 100 years.

He did choose to LEAVE! The NFL came calling, he knew his division was going to be a dreckfest so he could win it in year one(similar to Carroll in Seattle) and perhaps he was scared about possible sanctions.

Eagles are a dangerous team, but their defense is bad, and I still don't trust Nick Foles. 40-1 is great odds though. I might have to place $50 on them.

Nick Foles vs. Carolina, SF & Seattle defense.....good luck with that.

They may even lose this week and miss the playoffs. Best they can hope for is they get NO at home and they are one win and done.

Eagles are a good bet at those odds. They're probably the class of the Bear - FudgePacker - Cowgirl tier. I can't see them winning two games straight on the road though.

PHI is 5-2 on the road this year. Stranger things have happened.

"Jason Garrett is still our guy. I have a lot of faith in Romo"
