Dad: I watched for awhile but had to shut it off.
Derek: Had to shut it off? Why is that?
Dad: It seems like everyone is talking about Myles Jack on every channel. They even mentioned him on Monday Night Football. So I had to shut it off.
Derek: (repressing laughter) Well dad, he should have been a Husky.
Dad: (sternly) Well son he should be, BUT HE ISN'T!

Our whole family went to Olypia Bear games at Steven's Field on crisp Friday nights. We'd travel the Southwest conference too. Longview Vancouver Aberdeen and Hoquiam.
