Listening to the postgame show and they played Josh Perkins touchdown catch. Damon buts in during Bob's call and says "Joshua Perkins" before Bob can say it. STFU Damon!
 

Damon Huard = Jim Walden.

Distracting. Annoying. Unprofessional.

Rondeau and the Huskies deserve better.

 
He likes to giggle, too. I thought there was great chemistry between Rondeau and the kicker (vapor lock on his name) but someone had to fuck with it.
 
I would love it if Bob could just turn to him and say STFU on the air.
 
I'm glad I don't listen to the radio broadcasts. From the little I have heard from the past few years, Walden is an apt comparison to Damon. I also think it is bullshit to have a color commentator who works for the head coach. How is he supposed to be honest if that's the case? Oh wait, he's not supposed to be honest because our AD is paranoid about everything being pro Sark/UW.

Walden had a certain charm to him that was appropriate for a broadcaster of a team like Wazzu. He was a true homer through and through but I liked how he offset Robertson's professionalism.

Damon just comes off as an unqualified douche who doesn't know what the hell he's doing but was given a job because of who he is.
 
Thing is, I dont listen to the broadcasts....these are just various clips...if hes that bad in the clips, the whole game must be torture.

If the program has turned the corner I suspect Damon will only get worse.
