I was 12 when we last won the Rose Bowl (I am sure you can do math). It seems like half a lifetime ago. I remember being excited to watch the games every week. Then, everything spiraled out of control and I could never figure out why. I remember being pissed about Rick going 7-6, and even more pissed after he was canned and replaced with Gilby. The beginning of the end was when we lost to Nevada at home. That's when I had my first drink and marijuana cigarette.
