Gaza and the North Bank are de facto states. In case you are a moron or forgot, Hamas was elected by Gazans to govern their territory. But they don't want a two state solution. Their solution is the elimination of Israel and the Jews. From the River to the Sea is hardly a motto supporting a two state solution.
