They literally found Trump liable without ANY evidence. ZERO. Not even an inkling of evidence. It was her word against him, and everything else was smoke and mirrors.

Am I saying Trump didn't do it? Hell no. I have no idea if he did or didn't, and without evidence I'm not going to assume he's guilty because that's fucked up. The issue is that there's CLEARLY a problem with the way civil lawsuits are judged in this country when you can win without any evidence whatsoever at all. Either that, or this is a witch hunt. Or both.

These partisan court cases are easy to win when the jury is full of Democrat retards, the judges and prosecutors are all bought off, and the defendant isn’t allowed to present an actual defense pertinent to defamation claims. No wonder HHusky likes it. It’s the only way he could win a case if he were actually a trial attorney.
