Irregardless, I am planning my trip for the Paul Allen vs. Pat Bohlen Championship and I need an expert on climate control/warming/heating/cooling so I can pack accordingly. The Mother Ship is predicting weather from the Ice Age to Hell fire, and I need some fucking hardcore science.

Anybody travelling to NYC/NJ in January-February is either a wise enough traveler to have the answers intuitively or too stupid to stay home. Wear whatever is comfortably for if the weather gets bad enough to delay the game, you'll be sleeping in an airport somewhere trying to get home.
