Ektard on Sark's decision to get rid of Andrew Hudson:

"It wasn't a bad decision by Sark if you look at why they did it."

Yah, they did it because they were unable to develop Hudson. Petersen and his staff have been successful.

The funny thing is that Hudson was never a bad player under Sarkcocks. He was a solid edge guy. He lost favor for two reasons: 1) They had the retarded idea that he should move inside at 240 lbs, where his performance predictably dropped off. 2) They had shiny new toys coming in and shiny new toys always > mature veterans in Sarkcocks world.

The honks last night, said it was a total failure on the part of Sark and his staff in their assessment to run off Hudson.

Baird said scouts have been coming to watch Hudson of late.

I'll keep the player unnamed, but one of the guys that I play hoops with on Sunday has a connection with one of the players on our roster.

Apparently, when ASJ got his DUI the place he left was this player's place. Instead of taking out the punishment on ASJ for being a dumbass, in all of Seven's infinite wisdom he blamed this other player who he felt was replaceable and wanted to run him off the team.

That right there is all you need to know about Seven.

Drecklund is so fucking stupid it hurts. He's learned well from Kim about showing humility. According to him, there had to be a choice between Farria and Hudson. No way that we could have both, even though there were a couple scholarships to give to walk-ons before the season.

If somebody needed to be ran, it could have been Derrick Brown, Turpin, Fuvai, or any other guy that will never contribute. But no, it had to be Andrew Hudson or Farria. That one is even worse than his reasoning why Budda Baker would never decommit from Oregon. "Well, my sources told me UW and UCLA were the favorites, so when he signed with Oregon I figured there was no way he would switch." Ektard is a fitting name for the guy.
