I remember on a TSIO podcast after the Adidas deal was announced they said that the UW-Oregon rivalry was now a proxy war between Adidas and Nike.

After Petersen’s resignation and Lake, that take seemed eyeroll worthy, but now it might just be true.

My only wish is that everyone could get the same fuckin purple color code. I had 300 shirts/hats/jackets and the purple was diff on all of them. Not to sound gay.
 
Nike is trash. Stop buying their shit. They got lucky Adidas was fucked up in the 80s and they got Jordan. They forced Lance Armstrong on everyone and tried to play the race card with Tiger Woods. Fuck them.

We don’t buy Nike or Starbucks in my house for many reasons mostly petty.
 
Adidas' quality has gone to shit over the last decade or so. I prefer Nike to them.

Also, if we're gonna bash 7 time champion Lance Armstrong then I am fucking OUT. Fuck you and your loser ass French propaganda.
 
My favorite is when the cougs go off about how Nike is so much better quality than Adidas while they get treated like a 2$ hooker.

I'm pro Lance because of his Architectural Digest house tour video where he's like the most awkward older rich guy but who is super dull. Highlight is his young fiancé clearly not wanting to be in teh video with him
