You think Alabama fans would tolerate this kind of inconsistency at QB Mario? Either you want to be a champion or not. If you want to be one, then having high expectations and holding players accountable to those expectations are a must.

This is like saying I want to drive like an asshole but don’t want to hear people honk, or I want to overcook your steak, but I don’t want to read bad Yelp reviews. You get the idea.

If you put a product on the field that is commensurate with the $60-$200+ face value of a ticket, people will cheer rather than boo.

Whether the crowd boos or cheers is something Mario has a great deal of control over.
