Mrs Snow has always been a huge fan of the Disneyland Dole Whip. Recently the mouse published their recipe since the parks have been closed, not that it's really very complicated or top secret.https://www.delish.com/food-news/a32098160/disney-dole-whip-recipe/

At any rate, I decided to up the pineapple juice content and add dark Jamiacan rum. Could be the tastiest desert beverage of all time...

4 oz pineapple juice
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 small scoop vanilla ice cream
3 oz dark rum
Blend vigorously

1 to 1. Dash of bitters. Lime la croix is best.

Or use club soda with half a fresh squeezed lime.

If you want no rum the wife can make em. If you want booze then its my purview. You can only come over though if you wear the Cobra shirt.

I would love one of those tasty looking drinks. I believe I have all the ingredients. I should get moving.
